Where is my order?
You can track your order with the tracking number provided in your Shipping Confirmation email. There is a link provided that will take you to our order tracking page.
You can also use your tracking number to track your order on any major external tracking site or the courier tracking pages.
Please note: tracking is only available once the order has been despatched

Delivery delays?
In rare cases, there might be a delay from a shipping carrier. In those instances, we do not take responsibility for the delay. We will honour any lost or missing item with a refund or replacement once it is confirmed missing by the courier. However, we do not refund for courier delays.
With the current global shipping situation & local strike action, we are experiencing delays from international and domestic shipping carriers. Please be aware that local and global shipping is still very unstable and suffering from delays.

Do i pay customs charge on my order?
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Flounce London. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office or delivery service so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges upon delivery.
